My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, close to Paddington Station and Hyde Park, but the room, located in the basement, felt a bit cramped and lacked natural light. The dining experience was delicious, offering a tasty continental and full English breakfast. The facilities were excellent overall.
